Blaydes & Associates is a company who specializes in real estate appraising and consulting. We offer both residential and commercial services for the Northern Illinois area, including appraisal reports for Conventional, VA, USDA, and FHA loans. Our team of experienced real estate appraisers is here to offer exceptional real estate appraisal services for our clients, including appraisal management companies, financial institutions, mortgage brokers, and credit unions. We have a full-time staff ready to serve you 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. 

We were founded in 1980 by James R. Blaydes, SRA, ASA. Jim is the past Chair of Illinois State Appraisal Board, past president of Chicago Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, approved national instructor for the Appraisal Institute, past president of Illinois Coalition of Appraisal Professions (ICAP), and currently serves on the board of directors. 

Jim is an established leader in the business community with over 40 years of real estate appraisal experience. Since then, our office has grown to be a well-respected company with the ability and knowledge to meet the needs of the growing and diverse markets of real estate.
